Psychotherapy offers a joint exploration of our life experience in a safe, non-judgemental atmosphere. It helps increase our awareness of self by illuminating inner dynamics that may be impeding our sense of fulfilment in life. Places inside us that call out for healing attention can be addressed as we reclaim our innate power. Through this process a happier, more contented sense of self gradually emerges from the shadows, just as the rising sun burns away the morning mist.
